كانت إقامتي في فندق أنوار المدينة موفنبيك أكثر من رائعة. الفندق يتميز بموقعه الممتاز جدًا بجوار المسجد النبوي، مما يجعل الوصول للحرم سهلاً ومريحًا في أي وقت. الخدمة كانت ممتازة والموظفون في غاية الاحترام والتعاون، دائمًا مبتسمين ومستعدين للمساعدة في أي وقت. نظافة الغرف رائعة، والمرافق راقية ومريحة جدًا. الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ، ويحتوي على خيارات تناسب جميع الأذواق. باختصار، تجربة إقامة مميزة تجمع بين الراحة، والنظافة، والخدمة الراقية، والموقع المثالي. أنصح الجميع بتجربة هذا الفندق بدون تردد، وأكيد راح أكرر الزيارة إن شاء الله. �

had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. The room was dirty, dusty, and not properly cleaned. The toilet felt stuffy and unhygienic. 2. The tap was broken and unusable. 3. The toilet bowl was poorly cleaned and maintenance overall was very bad. 4. For the same price, I could have stayed at a proper 5-star hotel like Pullman or Hilton, but this hotel was far below standard. 5. The room telephone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even call the reception. 6. The door card kept failing, and I had to go down to the counter 5–6 times a day. It felt like a joke. 7. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. 8. Only the cleaners were polite, but they could only provide fresh towels and toiletries. Shockingly, they even asked us to leave fake positive reviews. As someone here for pilgrimage, I feel bad saying this, but I cannot recommend this hotel at all. It is not fair to charge such rates for such poor service and facilities.

Possibly and sadly the worst Movenpick we’ve ever stayed in! Dirty tired decor and had to change room as bathroom was dirty.. Heads up to the staff who were SO lovely!

Initially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called 訂房網站 Saudi  Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes.Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well.When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues.It was great experience with 訂房網站 to book  Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges.Finally we enjoyed it.

Amazing hotel! Very close to Masjid Nabwi. Beautiful and clean. Has many gates to exit and enter by. Staff are very helpful from receptionists to cleaners. Also a first service too.

The hotel is located just a step away from the Masjid Al Nabwi, which makes this hotel popular. However, the hotel is very old. The bathroom is equipped with obsolete items. Shower, sink, and toilette tabs falling a part. The bath rooms need complete renovation, including tiles. Other than that, the reception staff is not very friendly. Had to wait a long time before the receptionist could find the reservation through 訂房網站. I had to complain to the duty manager, Mr.Ridwan, who was extremely friendly and cooperative. He assigned another room. The duty Manger Miss.Raseel was exceptionally good. She extended my checkout time as my flight schedule was changed to a later time She also offered the lounge. She really made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ridwan and Miss. Rassel. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service.

We had a great stay, although the room was a little bit small. The restaurant’s window facing the mosque offered an amazing view. The breakfast menu was great, and the staff and service were excellent. We met Ali and the other team members — they were always friendly, greeting us and being very helpful throughout our stay.
